Estive em Aruba no início do ano, e observando a construção de um telhado, concluí que nossas estruturas metálicas são demasiadamente pesadas. Em Aruba todo material vem de fora, como por exemplo: as telhas cerâmicas são da Espanha, a madeira dos Estados Unidos, a areia provém da Colômbia e outros materiais também. No entanto para um telhado de telha cerâmica, a estrutura é apenas feita de tábuas.
I was in Aruba on the beginning of the year and looking the construction of a house, I concluded that our metallic structures are overly heavy. In Aruba all of the materials comes from other countries. Examples: The ceramic tiles comes from Spain, the wooden comes from United States, the sand comes from Colombia and the other materials too. However, the structure of the house was just made of wooden planks.
